Three current obsessions or collections:
-Cooking
-Babies. I think about babies all day long. If I see a new baby at church, I just want to take it home. I stare at the new babies in public. I count down every day until baby number two joins our family.
-Interior design. I don’t have the means right now to decorate my house the way I want (most of our stuff is second hand), but that doesn’t keep me from imagining the way my home will some day be.

Three random or surprising facts:
-I am not competitive AT ALL. This is something that I have come to realize after becoming a mom. I never compare Megan to other children. I’ve really come to see how jealousy and competition can be so harmful. When I blog about the new things Megan is doing, I never do it to brag. Hopefully it doesn’t come across that way. I do like to let people know what Megan is up to, especially since NONE of our family is around to watch Megan grow up.
-I love watching “So You Think You Can Dance”. I wish that I had one ounce of dancing skill. I hope Megan will enjoy dancing…as we have already enrolled her into dance classes starting at the end of this month!
-I don’t really enjoy playing “board games” (this includes card games, and any other “group game”). However, for as much as I don’t like to play games; I usually win.
